Hey there! How did your weekend treat you? We did a bunch of the things I guessed we would do...things like attempting to make a floating shelf (which went super well, by the way) and things I didn't have an idea we would do...like brewing beer. Well, to honest I watched my husband and our good friend brew beer. I had NO idea how long the process takes! I'm the type of person who would throw the hands up and just go buy some at the store. The house smelled delicious from it...all wheaty-like.
I'm planning on painting the shelves today, and they'll most likely be put up tomorrow. Wahoo! Another step toward completing the office revamp. Oh, and we got cute little guys (plants) as well. The room really needed them!
Thought I'd share the inspiration behind Azul today:

Obviously I'm feeling a little tropical. like my usual self. Must be because of my new, tiny tropical palm plant sitting right beside my face on my desk. It's so cute. :)

Sounds delicious! I love the yeasty, wheat-y fragrance! I recently baked my own bread bowls (delicious) and the house was warmly aromatic!
Your art is beautiful, as always! xoxo
Me too, Sarah. OH my gosh, really?? I tried to bake my own pizza dough once, and it did NOT turn out the way I intended. Your house must have smelled amazing! I would be hungry all day...
